Remember the days when Simon Cowell was seen as the harsh but fair judge? Remember the days when Cheryl was the nation’s sweetheart? Well X Factor 2010 has changed all that as Dannii Minogue has found herself becoming the nation’s favourite judge.
We’re unashamedly part of Team Dannii, and after a bit of an unpopular start in 2007, we felt the tide of public opinion was turning in favour of her this year. We have been running a poll over the last week and this seems to have bourne out our opinion. Asked who is the best X Factor 2010 judge the results came back as follows:
- Dannii : 79%
- Cheryl : 13%
- Simon: 6%
- Louis: 2%
This is great news for Dannii fans as rumour fly round that she might get replaced by Nicole Scherzinger. Further relief has come for fans of Miss Minogue as Nicole herself came out declaring that she had no intention to replace her. Asked whether she wished she wished she could have replaced her on this series she said:
“Oh no, she’s been doing it for years. It was so exciting but I didn’t want to wear out my welcome.”
It seems Cheryl Cole’s crown has slipped. The Queen is Dead, Long Live The Queen.
Maybe in future Sharon Osbourne will leave the Dannii bashing alone.

I can’t believe this; I don’t know who votes for these, because no one I know agrees. She’s a hard faced, unlikeable character. How is Cheryl and Simon not within this. They actually give fair judgments and have heart and care about the contestants. No one likes Dannii Minogue. Get rid, and bring back Sharron Osbourne.
